Pocketchief is not responsible for third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law.

Pocketchief may describe free, contact-based, or paid offerings on the site. Availability, pricing, plan structure, and activation methods may change over time.

Nothing on the site guarantees that a plan, feature, or commercial arrangement will be available to every user on a self-serve basis.

Intellectual property

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Pocketchief will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business-related losses arising from use of the site, reports, or related materials.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pocketchief’s aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to the site or service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Pocketchief for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the prior twelve months, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Governing law

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, these terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Pocketchief may refine this section after final legal review to align with the appropriate legal entity, operating structure, and forum.

Dispute resolution

Before starting a formal dispute, Pocketchief asks that you contact MICHAELINBARCPA@GMAIL.COM and try to resolve the issue informally.

If a dispute is not resolved informally, then, unless applicable law requires otherwise, claims arising from these terms or the site should be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and each party submits to those courts for that purpose.

Class action waiver

To the extent permitted by applicable law, claims should be brought only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, representative, or private attorney general proceeding.

If a court determines this limitation cannot be enforced for a particular claim, that claim should proceed only to the extent required by law.

Changes to the service and terms

Pocketchief may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The version published on the site should be treated as the current version.
